Coronavirus prevention at TBSC - 13th March 2021
Using guidance from the Governement and the RYA we have updated our plan for a phased return to normality. This builds on the Overall Covid Risk Assessment for the club, the Covid Guidance documents we issued last year and provides a path to re-opening. Our initial steps in April this year will be staggered boat rigging and unsupported sailing from the Easter weekend followed by supported sailing and racing over the next 2 weeks.
The clubroom and changing rooms will remain closed, however the galley will be open for drinks (non alcholoc to start with) and snacks. The step approach then sees further easing from May 17th and June 26th as we move back to a new normal.
Our plans are reviewed 2 weekly by the Covid Subcommittee and monthly by the full committee. Any updates will be shared with you and held on the website. All our members have a copy of our plans and I know will respect and support our approach. Any feedback on our plans is welcome.
