With the real prospect of being able to get out on the water over the summer, Tankerton Bay Sailing Club is very pleased to be able to offer a full training programme this year – including Royal Yachting Association (RYA) courses especially designed for those wanting to learn to sail at whatever age – and less formal Have-a-Go sessions for total beginners who would like to try sailing for the first time, or Sailing Variety sessions – an action-packed afternoon, suitable for beginners and improvers, trying single-handed boats, larger dinghies and fast catamarans. 

We can also offer private courses – solo, shared or group lessons in single-handed dinghies or catamarans.  Why not put together a family experience morning or afternoon for your staycation?

For Club Members, too, we are running seven Friday evening Improver sessions up to September – where our Training Team will be on hand with safety boat cover as well as advice, guidance and some fun races, games and boat exercises to build your skills.
