Tankerton Bay Sailing Club

Situated on the North Kent Coast, an area popular with sailors, the Tankerton Bay Sailing Club was formed in 1962. There is a friendly atmosphere, welcoming all ages and all abilities.

We sail most weekends and certain weekdays from late March through to early November, enjoying dinghy and catamaran racing, cruising and relaxed sailing supported by a fun social programme and fun cadet club

As an accredited RYA Training Centre we offer a range of courses.

If you would like to find out more about what we do, then please email.

The food prepared and served by Mike, Sally and their team was truly delicious - a step up, or several steps up from past offerings at other venues I'd say - and after the prize giving and speeches that included tributes to our retiring Commodore, Ian
