Dinghy Instructor Celebrations!

Huge Congratulations to Hannah Richards and Ethan Low who both passed their dinghy instructor awards after 5 long days of coaching in some lively conditions at Sheppey Sailing Club recently. TBSC are all very proud of your hard work and achievements. Hannah and Ethan have been on a terrific sailing journey since they both joined us back in 2018 as part of the Alex Holliday Trust when they were year 9 QE School pupils. This has culminated in the Instructor course which was part funded by the Smallridge Foundation, The Alex Holliday Trust, Northshore, TBSC and Hannah and Ethan themselves. Thank you everyone all for your contributions, especially to Helen and Ted who have mentored and encouraged them over the past 4 years. Hannah and Ethan are terrific assets to the club, always helping out with training and on the PB and heres hoping this is the start of many many years of sailing and helping others learn about this fantastic sport. Well done!
